Access to The Fonts Journal is sold as a one-time digital purchase and is granted to your account immediately after payment. Because of the immediate nature of this access, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive access right away and you agree that you waive any right to a refund or “cooling-off” period to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law, or where you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same purchase). In those cases, contact us and we will make it right.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank or card provider so we can resolve it quickly.
