The Fonts Journal is a digital product that provides access to a curated journal of Google Fonts via organized volumes. The Service is delivered entirely online and is accessed through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase access.

Access to The Fonts Journal is sold as a one-time purchase in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Once your payment is confirmed, your access is granted immediately.

Prices, promotions, and the contents of the Service may change over time. Any launch or promotional pricing applies only while that offer is active.

Because access is digital and granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own design work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your account access, or copy or republish the curated content of the Service as your own product.

The fonts referenced in The Fonts Journalare Google Fonts, which are made available under their own open-source licenses (such as the SIL Open Font License). Your purchase is for access to our curation, organization, and pairings — not for any ownership of the fonts themselves. Your use of any font is governed by that font’s license.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, scraping or bulk-downloading its content, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

The Service, including its design, organization, curation, text, and branding, is owned by Blank Gardens and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Because access is sold as a one-time purchase, termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blank Gardens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
